Colin provides pragmatic advice and legal services to business leaders and entrepreneurs. Colin assists clients with all areas of business law, with a particular focus on share and asset purchases and sales, commercial agreements, and corporate governance.
Colin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 following completion of his articles with the firm. Colin holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and completed his J.D. at the Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school, he worked at the Queen’s University Business Law Clinic where he focused on addressing the legal challenges of local entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations, giving him the opportunity to impact the growth and success of these small business ventures. He also received the Queen’s Law Course Prize in Securities Regulation for achieving highest academic standing.
Prior to law school, Colin worked as a consulting analyst for a leading technology research and consulting firm.
In his free time, Colin enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time at the cottage with his friends and family.
