Judith uses creative thinking abilities to provide client-centric solutions to their legal problems. She works on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations, asset and share transactions and general corporate matters.

Judith leverages her knowledge as a former small business owner and her background in corporate law, negotiation, and risk management to guide businesses of all sizes through the complex landscapes of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She enjoys assisting her clients in navigating through challenges and capitalizing on opportunities. Judith’s goal is to maintain lasting relationships with her clients through helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
