Brittany is a results-driven commercial real estate lawyer who helps clients move their projects forward with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 and holding an LL.M. in business law from the University of Toronto, she brings a strong analytical background and delivers practical, business-minded solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Brittany advises clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate, with a strong focus on land development and commercial leasing. She handles purchase and sale transactions, negotiates complex leasing arrangements, and supports clients with commercial financing on both the borrower and lender side. Her experience includes acting for private lenders and preparing mortgage commitments and robust security packages. She also assists clients with franchise agreements and disclosure documentation.
Originally from Newfoundland, Brittany brings a personable and approachable style to her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, and spending time with her husband, twin girls, and two dogs
