Biography

Greg recognizes that effective problem-solving starts with understanding each client’s unique circumstances and goals. Whether advising a business, corporation, or individual, he takes a relationship-driven, tailored approach to deliver advice that leads to successful outcomes.

Recently called to the Bar, Greg is building a practice in business law, real estate and estate planning. He has a particular interest in business law—including mergers and acquisitions, finance, and corporate planning strategies. He is also drawn to how modern businesses and families are adapting to emerging technologies such as Bitcoin, stablecoins, smart contracts, and artificial intelligence, especially where these developments intersect with planning, ownership, and governance.

Greg brings curiosity, clarity, and a solution-focused mindset to every file. He is committed to building lasting client relationships grounded in trust, communication, and results.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and joined McCarter Grespan as a summer student, where he gained valuable experience and mentorship. Even during his studies, Greg built meaningful client relationships and developed a passion for translating legal principles into practical, forward-looking strategies.

Having grown up in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and now raising a family of his own here, Greg has a deep sense of community and a strong commitment to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
