Marie’s practice focuses on various aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions and financings, as well as condominium management and development. She enjoys working directly with first-time homebuyers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and land developers, taking a hands-on approach to their files. Marie is naturally skilled at simplifying complex matters for her clients and applies her strong research and problem-solving skills to find the best outcomes.
Marie brings a patient and compassionate approach to her work. She wants to be known as an approachable lawyer who will work together with her clients to provide solutions that are right for them. Marie prioritizes open communications and emphasizes direct interactions with her clients wherever possible. She makes sure that clients always stay up to speed on everything concerning their deals over the entire course of their matter.
Marie received her J.D. from University of Windsor Faculty of Law and is a graduate of Carleton University. She joined the firm in July of 2021 as an articling student and is excited by the opportunity to continue working with McCarter Grespan’s talented team of lawyers and provide legal services to the firm’s many clients in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and beyond. Outside of work she enjoys travelling and has a passion for cooking.
