Chelsea’s clients appreciate her depth of knowledge in residential and commercial real estate, including purchase and sale transactions and leasing matters. She has extensive experience working on large scale commercial financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Her clients also include landlords and tenants, developers, land owners, corporations and sole-proprietors.

Chelsea was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2014 and the Ontario Bar in 2016. She brings a unique perspective to the Firm having practiced in multiple provinces and leverages her network to stay up to date with the evolving legal landscape. Before joining the Firm as an Associate in the fall of 2020, Chelsea worked for a well-established local firm for four years, which allowed her to build strong ties within the community. She aims to be a meaningful partner to her clients and strives to build long-standing relationships. As a contributor to her community, Chelsea periodically hosts legal education seminars.
