In addition to corporate matters, Paul has extensive expertise in residential, commercial and industrial land development including in-depth experience in all aspects of both freehold and condominium land development, the negotiation of sophisticated servicing cost sharing agreements, cross-border agreements, DC credit for service and refund agreements, zoning, bonusing, front ending, municipal responsibility, development, site plan and subdivision agreements, reciprocal operating and rights agreements, licenses, and other arrangements among land owners, condominiums, municipalities and other authorities.
